Overseas delivery
If you are ordering from outside mainland UK, you can arrange collection from our warehouse (location code: LN8 3RH) or we can quote using one of our competitive international couriers. Depending on your order, some deliveries might be free.
Lead times
In the UK we aim to deliver in 2 - 5 days.
Out of stocks
In the unlikely event we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know when the item will next be available.

All product cartons are labelled and barcoded.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Privacy, security and customer service are important to Wireworks. By using this website please understand that you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Reference to "we", "us" , "our" or "wireworks" are to Leet Ltd.
General: Goods supplied from the website are supplied by Leet Ltd a company registered in England and Wales whose company registration number is 4880976. Registered office address: c/o Account Ability, 4 Gibbs Hill, Headcorn, Ashford, Kent, TN27 9UD.
Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase Goods indicated by you and it is not binding on us until we have notified you that an order is accepted. All advertisements and communications are made by us until your order is accepted by us are invitations to treat only and are not offers. If Goods are shown on the site but are not available or are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Wireworks shall not be obliged to sell you those goods. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering Goods are correct. We will not share your details with any third party. We may sign you up to our e - newsletters but you can unsubscribe from these at any time by clicking the link in the email. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and therefore shall not be responsible for the security or privacy of the Website and any information provided to or taken from the Website by you.
Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. All prices include United Kingdom VAT at the prevailing rate.
Delivery: Wireworks will aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days of confirming an order, during busy periods delivery may take longer. If your delivery is outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. All charges of this nature shall be borne by you. A statutory cooling off period of 7 days applies to all orders in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Returning an item purchased from us:
1 Please email us at: stating the item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return stating whether you want an exchange or refund. In the case of a damaged product please send an image and details of the problem within 10 working days of receiving the goods.
2 Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement where goods are faulty or not as described. Please request a 'Proof of Postage' , as we will not be liable for items lost in transit back to us without proof of postage. Please supply a receipt for the return postage cost.

Every care is taken to ensure the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. However while the colour reproduction is a close representation, slight variation in the Goods may occur and all sizes are approximate. If it is essential that the measurements are accurate then please contact us prior to ordering. We will not be liable for the cost of returning items that are not the right size or have colour variations from those shown on the website.
Law: The Terms shall be governed, constructed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement: These Conditions contain the entire agreement between You and Us relating to the subject matter covered and supersedes any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings, representations or proposals, written or oral between You and Us in relation to such matters. You confirm You have read and fully understand these conditions and are the only terms that rule your relationship with Us
If you have a query or problem with an item bought through one of our stockists, then you should contact them directly.
How to return an item.
Email us with details of the product you wish to return within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all parts included and in the condition they were received, including the outer box.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us. If an item is returned to us after the 14 day returns period has ended, you may not receive a refund.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back for the amount you paid for the goods upon purchase. A refund can only be credited back to the original card or payment method used to purchase the items.
You are responsible for the item until it is received at Wireworks. We recommend keeping proof of postage. Please ensure that fragile items are protected and safely packaged. If the item is damaged in transit, we may not be able to issue a refund. Your return will be inspected. Goods found to be used, damaged, marked or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged.
